In this role, you will drive business-related topics with the divesting OpCo in Spain, working closely with group and local OpCo business, commercial, and technical teams.
You will ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition through the 'Transition of Services Agreements' (TSA's), collaborating with Vodafone Group, including M&A, procurement, and local business teams.Key responsibilities include:Being the focal point between Vodafone Spain and Vodafone Group during the transitionOverseeing the continuity of business products under the TSA, and managing the governance of TSA for business IT systems and products such as Unified Communications, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, SaaS Services, Vodafone Red Tariffs, and more.Manage the migration of TSA services, negotiate projects, statements of work, and delivery KPIs with partners, and conduct governance meetings, utilizing escalation paths for issues or requests.What you bring:Prior knowledge and experience in the Telecom industry Strong commercial acumen, able to run business cases and calculate cost – impact analysisStrong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teamsBe able to analyse and articulate complex information in a simple and effective way Advanced level of English and Spanish.
