Works under limited supervision. Applies and uses well-developed knowledge of contract, bid and proposal management. Gathers commercial, financial and technical information needed in the preparation of contracts and bids.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare Public Tenders and present them in a timely manner on electronic platforms.Prepare new offers to Customer (Xiam) and respond to quotation requests and price enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.Keep tender records in an efficient manner allowing easy but secure access by relevant sales staff.Track tender and sales contract renewal/submission dates and respond accordingly.Communication with CC.AA. for product register.Keep consignment records according to policy.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSMinimum high school.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Portuguese MandatoryEnglish is a plus.Sap Demand.Experience: 1-2 years in price quotation and tender processes.Medical Device industry administrative experience is a plus.Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
