Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a full-time Special Projects Manager to join the PR & Communication team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project management, overseeing all PR activations, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards within the agreed budget and timeframe. The role is based in Copenhagen and reports to the Head of Global Brand Communication.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSpecial Projects Management: Oversee pre, on-site, and post-project management for PR & Communication events including Fashion Weeks, events, dinners, activations, press days, pop-ups and launches.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure projects meet deadlines.Budget Management: Plan, track, negotiate, and manage project budgets, including invoicing.Information Management: Share relevant information with internal and external stakeholders, including global PR agencies.Creative Concept Development: Develop creative concepts for PR activations such as press days, pop-ups, content productions, and special projects.Project Management of Collaborations: Manage brand partnerships and collaborations.Reporting: Handle PR & Communication reporting across press and social media (e.G., BAU and project-based).Social Media Calendar & Content Management: Oversee the yearly social media calendar and content productions with the Head of Global Brand Communication and Social & Community Coordinator.Asset Delivery: Ensure all assets are delivered on time, according to the brief, and to the relevant stakeholders.Booking Management: Book external partners, models, and talents in collaboration with the Head of Global Brand Communication.YOUR PROFILE3-4 years of experience with events and productions (internal, freelance, or agency)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working in a creative environmentAbility to adapt to last-minute changesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of AdobeOutgoing and welcoming personalityFluent in English (other languages are a plus)PR & Communication experience is a plusWE OFFERAn interesting position at Scandinavian fashion brand on an international journeyA dynamic work environment with ambitious and supportive colleaguesNumerous possibilities for personal and professional development#J-18808-Ljbffr
