Job Description What you'll be doing:
Owing to our accelerated growth, we are seeking an innovative Global Enablement and Productivity Specialist to take our global Business Development hubs to the next level of productivity, standardization, and optimization.
You will be responsible for building a global enablement plan that ensures our global Business Development team, across 4 Global locations, have the appropriate knowledge and skills to drive effective meetings and quality pipeline for our market-leading technology intelligence solutions. In addition, you will be focused on operations, such as standardizing compensation structures, optimizing productivity on a global basis, and reporting against our core KPIs and business metrics.
Snow's global marketing and business development teams are driven, energetic, forward-thinking, and operating within a fast-growing international software company. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, innovative, and results-oriented professional who understands the demands of business development and enjoys a varied role spanning both operations and enablement.
Key responsibilities:
Develop an ongoing enablement program for the Global Business Development Hubs - working in partnership, and leveraging materials from Global Field Readiness (Sales enablement), Product Marketing, and Brand/Demand Generation.Be the go-to person when it comes to providing enablement material for prospecting and delivering training for onboarding of new hires and/or ongoing enablement around the different Snow solutions.Identify enablement gaps and source external and internal trainers as appropriate.BDR Compensation support; create quarterly sales compensation letters, and revise and co-ordinate final pay-outs across the hubs by the end of each quarter, in partnership with the Global Team Managers.Provide ongoing dashboard maintenance, development and insights into the following (not limited to) and in partnership with Sales and Marketing Operations:Target attainment and forecastsProductivity numbersFunnel progressionData quality, including correct segmentation of accounts and Salesforce HygieneIncentive development and management globallyCreate and maintain incentive platform for global hubsCreate new competitions/incentives on a regular basis according to enablement and business focusQualifications More about you:
