We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Team Leader to join one of our exciting projects.
What we offer you: Full time 39 hours/week contract: rotative Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 20:00 Salary 20,000 euros gross/year + up to 1,500 euros gross/year in bonus Great office location in Barcelona Friends hunting (referral) bonus Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on Career development program and specialized courses What you'll experience with us: As a Team Leader in our team, you will: Monitor and report team performance Give newly hired agents feedback on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily work Keep track of each newly hired agent's training and training needs to improve technical and phone communication skills Manage all disciplinary issues effectively Ask management to hire new agent(s) either to substitute or to complete the team using concrete metrics Make sure processes and procedures are up to date Organize team building activities (team meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, events, etc.)
Offer support in critical problems (escalations, emergencies, agents and customers complaints) Report productivity metrics to the team and management daily Collect production and performance metrics from available sources daily and update Project performance tracker Prepare weekly business review slides for management We'll be a great match if you: Are native or proficient in Spanish and advanced in English Have experience in customer care environment Have leadership skills and knowledge of PROJECT processes It is a plus if you have: Experience of work under pressure and deadlines Coaching experience Ability to delegate tasks Problem solving and reactivity abilities Proactiveness and persuasion skills If this sounds like you, join us!
