Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and results-driven Spanish-speaking Sales Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to prospective customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the Spanish-speaking market to introduce and promote our forex and trading services, generating new sales leads.
Educate prospective clients about our forex trading services, platform features, and market trends.
Identify client needs and objectives, and recommend tailored trading solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Work closely with the sales team and management to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, economic events, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant and timely insights.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Guide clients through the account opening process, assisting with documentation and account setup as needed.
Requirements:
Willingness to work remotely.
Must have a reliable PC and high-speed internet connection.
Candidates must hold Spanish nationality to meet the specific needs of this role.
Native Spanish speaker with a B2-level proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the forex industry.
Proven negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building relationships and fostering client trust.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
