Key Responsibilities Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for various roles in Spanish-speaking regions.Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the job.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and job specifications.Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media and job boards, to identify potential candidates.Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, ensuring clarity on skills and experiences.Support candidates through the hiring process, providing guidance and feedback as needed.Requirements Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English; additional languages are a bonus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a home office.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Benefits Work From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
