Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, ensuring a tailored experience. Assist customers with inquiries related to our luxury products, helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high standard of satisfaction. Utilize knowledge of our offerings to educate and inform customers effectively. Document customer interactions accurately and follow up as necessary to ensure complete satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery based on customer feedback and insights. Act as a bridge between the company and our Spanish-speaking clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships. Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in English is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the luxury retail or hospitality sector, is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on creating positive customer experiences. Ability to multitask and manage diverse customer inquiries efficiently. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A passion for luxury brands, a strong customer focus, and a readiness to embrace a new cultural experience in Greece.
