Responsibilities Identify and source Spanish-speaking candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, and networking.Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications to match them with suitable job opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements for various positions.Prepare and present candidate profiles to employers, highlighting relevant skills and experiences.Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and employers.Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to candidates and employers. Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.Strong understanding of the job market dynamics in Europe, especially for Spanish-speaking roles.Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.Highly organized with strong time management skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and employers alike.
