Key Responsibilities Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates for diverse roles in the Spanish-speaking region. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions. Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Utilize various platforms, including social media and job boards, to proactively source candidates. Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring a positive and engaging experience. Present qualified candidates to clients, highlighting their strengths and experiences effectively. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English; additional languages considered a plus. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience working independently in a remote environment. Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
