Key Responsibilities Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates for a range of job openings within the German-speaking market. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' abilities and fit for various roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a supportive recruitment experience. Work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide effective recruitment solutions. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job postings, and networking, to identify talent. Present candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and compatibility. Guide candidates through the interview process, providing feedback and support along the way. Fluency in German and a strong command of English; additional languages are a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of working independently in a remote setting. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
