Responsibilities Source and attract high-quality candidates fluent in Spanish for various job opportunities abroad. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts to enhance recruitment efforts. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress in our database. Provide exceptional candidate experience and support throughout the hiring process, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus. Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or agency setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Familiarity with recruitment tools and software, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS). Demonstrated ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.
