As a Spanish Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with our international team.
Your main responsibility will be to source and recruit top talent for our clients within the Consumer Services industry.
You will leverage your language skills and recruitment expertise to engage with Spanish-speaking candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
Responsibilities Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, such as social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific job openings Conduct reference checks and verify candidate's background information Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to clients and candidates Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the Consumer Services industry Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines Benefits Training & Development Competitive monthly salary Performance Bonus
