Key Responsibilities : Deliver high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat, addressing technical website issues.

Assist customers in navigating website features, managing account settings, and maximizing the use of the platform.
Respond promptly to inquiries, offering effective and timely solutions in line with company standards.
