We are seeking a customer-oriented, Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. This position is part of a dynamic opportunity in the website technical solutions industry. As an onsite representative, you will be assisting Spanish-speaking customers with technical issues related to website services. In this role, you will provide high-level technical support to customers, resolving issues related to websites, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment, providing both reactive and proactive support. While prior experience in customer service or technical support is beneficial, it is not required, as we offer full training to help you excel in your role.
As a part of the Lisbon-based team, you will contribute to customer service operations and support, ensuring professional, efficient, and customer-first interactions. You will receive extensive training on our company's products and services to effectively assist customers. Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat, addressing technical issues related to websites, troubleshooting, and resolving challenges.Troubleshoot website issues such as errors, performance problems, and other technical difficulties, providing clear and concise explanations of solutions.Guide customers through website features, account settings, and technical processes to help them fully utilize the platform.Address customer inquiries promptly and offer effective solutions based on company guidelines.Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering fast and efficient solutions to technical problems while maintaining professionalism.Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal CRM system for proper follow-up and record-keeping.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams to ensure timely resolution.Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service quality based on customer interactions.Ensure customer data and security are protected in accordance with company policies.Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve service skills and product knowledge.Manage workload effectively under pressure, particularly during peak hours and weekends. Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish (Minimum C2 level required)Intermediate proficiency in English (B2 or higher preferred)Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous, but not essentialStrong verbal and written communication skillsPassion for technology and ability to learn quicklyStrong problem-solving abilities to address technical issues effectivelyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and well-organized with a focus on accurate reporting and query managementComfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining efficiencyWillingness to work night shifts and weekends as part of the rotating shift patternA customer-first mindset and the ability to empathize with customers' needsEU ID required for employment in Portugal Additional Benefits:
