Job Responsibilities:
Interact with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions.Assist customers with product information, technical support, and account management.Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.Stay updated on project-specific knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Requirements:
Native Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in English at a C1 level.Possession of a residence card for Portugal or EU citizenship.Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.Availability to start as soon as possible.
