A prestigious London based international bank is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team in their offices in Canary Wharf. You will be assisting with accounting tasks as part of a dynamic and friendly team. This is a temporary position with an immediate start for initially 6 months with a view of being extended.Your responsibilities will include, among others:Accounts payableAccounting of travel expensesPassing accounting entries and reconciliation of internal accountsSupporting other functions such as maintenance of customer information, standing orders, opening and closing customer accounts, etc.About you:In order to succeed, the right applicant will have a solid understanding of the basics of Accounting and Finance, and a medium or high level in Microsoft Excel and Access. Spanish language fluency is also a requirement for this position.
