Spanish Sales Officers - Remote Outside Europe (Sm-077)

Our client, an international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry, is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self-driven individuals to join their Sales team on a remote basis outside of Europe.

Responsibilities:Proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups.Assist new and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products.Promote the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.Work with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood.Collaborate with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support. Requirements:An energetic passion for customer service and sales.Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Online Sales, or Forex Industry.Comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the company's sites, products, and promotions.A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.Able to communicate at a bilingual or native level of Spanish required and English.Applicants must be based outside of Europe.An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
