OVERVIEWWould you like to contribute to researching Large Language Models to improve generative AI?Join our project and combine your detail-oriented approach and creativity with your expertise in the field! We are looking for experts in various domains to help create a comprehensive dataset with novel scenarios, narrative stories, and question-answer pairs. This project aims to advance causal reasoning in large language models, and your contributions will help enhance these models' innovative capabilities. As a Prompt Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, create, and answer questions related to causality within various narratives and scenarios. You will be tasked with exploring different aspects and relationships within these scenarios, focusing on cause-and-effect dynamics and the interplay between various elements.MAIN DUTIESGenerate prompts and responses that delve into causal reasoning, focusing on the relationships and dependencies within given scenarios.Develop guidelines for crafting prompts that explore causality, probing cause-and-effect relationships and relevant connections within narratives.Create and answer questions about causality in narratives, ensuring a deep understanding of how different elements interact and influence each other.Design detailed prompts for various scenarios, investigating causes, effects, and relationships, and exploring how changes in one element can impact the overall narrative.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSMaster's degree (+ 3 years of experience) or PhD in one of the following fields: Cognitive Science, Psychology, Philosophy (with a focus on Classical Logics), Linguistics (with a focus on Computational Linguistics, Pragmatics or Semantics), or NLP research.Alternatively, BA in linguistics + 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field may be considered.Must have:A strong interest in research is highly desirable. Previous experience with published papers or contributions to academic research is a plus.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand and articulate complex relationships, particularly those involving causality, counterfactuals, and covariation.C2 Spanish (Spain) with B1 in English.Demonstrable experience in causal, counterfactual, or covariational reasoning, evidenced through previous work, research, or academic projects/papers.This role requires a highly analytical mind with a deep understanding of the intricate relationships within narratives.
