Key Responsibilities Include: Providing exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers via voice and email.
Managing claims, cross-selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Delivering high-quality assistance while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
In this position, you'll work full-time (40 hours per week) with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday and receive comprehensive training to fully prepare you for success.
