Join the team of Product Data Operations (PDO) as a Content Moderator.
You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content to ensure it complies with our guidelines, helping to maintain a safe and respectful online environment.
Responsibilities: Moderate mild to moderately sensitive content.
Stay informed about products and community standards.
Review comments, videos and posts for guideline violations.
Investigate and address account support requests and content reports.
Respond to user inquiries with high-quality support.
Use market-specific knowledge to enhance community assistance.
Analyze data for improved user experience.
Enforce platform policies by monitoring and addressing abuse reports.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Recognize trends and escalate issues beyond standard procedures Required skills Fluent in Spanish Working proficiency in English Excellent communication skills Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to handle sensitive content professionally.
