We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end ManageEngine solution presales engagements through face-to-face and online meetings.
Provide technical response to RFI/RFP & conduct reseller/partner training.
Collaborate with product engineering teams to stay up to date on ManageEngine product and feature updates.
Engage with existing ManageEngine customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Act as a trusted advisor and technical SPOC for strategic accounts.
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge of infrastructure technology solutions, including IAM, PAM, IT Security, and IT service management.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Willingness to travel within the EU to meet customers, partners, and prospects.
Extensive travel requirement to meet clients across Spain (full reimbursement of business travel costs).
Pre-sales/Technical Account Management/IT Team leader experience is an added advantage.
Fluency in English and Spanish/Catalan is mandatory for this role.

This role is remote but the employee needs to be based in Spain, visiting the office in Valencia for training sporadically.
