They specialize in the management of holiday resorts, providing the best conditions for clients to enjoy their vacations to the fullest. They currently operate several 3 and 4-star hotels in Spain.Are you looking for a Hospitality internship? This opportunity can help you develop your hospitality experience by learning the ropes from more experienced professionals. At the end of your internship, you'll have relevant experience to help you decide if a career in hospitality is the right choice for you.TasksPrepare the dining room by setting tables before the restaurant opens and ensuring their cleanliness.Prepare relatively simple dishes (appetizers, salads, pizzas, pancakes, some desserts, ice cream...) and drinks.WelcomeTake care of supplies (food or culinary) and assist in the kitchen.Accompany guests to their tables and ensure they have everything they need.Advise guests on menu choices and take their orders.Bring the bill and assist with payment.Bar/TerracePrepare and serve beverages, including cocktails.Advise guests on beverage choices and explore new recipes.Collect glasses and maintain a neat and tidy area.Prepare the room by cleaning and maintaining cleanliness: setting tables, dishwashing, stocking refrigerators, and washing glasses.RequirementsIntermediate EnglishIntermediate SpanishRelevant study fields (Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or Languages)Minimum 4 months availability: May 2020 - October 2020.Benefits400€/monthly (payment in two parts) + shared accommodation + meals + airport transfer (upon arrival).Location: Conil de la Frontera (Cádiz)Internship hours: 40h/week, 2 days off per week.This vacancy may/may not be available or may be a sample of vacancies we have had.
