Responsibilities Identify potential candidates for open positions by utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and advice to candidates and employers.

Requirements Fluency in both Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
Extensive knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
