WHAT YOU'LL DOWork closely with Staffing Manager to:Help manage day-to-day staffing process for the Consulting TeamBalance the preferences of the Consulting staff (industry, case topic, location, etc) with the Clients' needs and the Partners preferences (responsible for selling the work)Ensure staffing assignments are aligned with Career Development needs for each individual, within business constraintsEnsure that the process is aligned with BCG's values of openness, transparency and balance, by maintaining an environment of open communication relative to case opportunitiesWork closely with Staffers from other geographiesAttend International calls in order to share resources between offices/systemsAct as a backup to the staffing Manager during periods of overload and other gapsYOU'RE GOOD ATProficient reading/writing/speaking English and SpanishProficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and TableauExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsClarity, tact, professionalism and consensus building skillsStrong organizational skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detailComfortable in resolving conflict and dealing tactfully with a range of people related issuesTeam oriented, collaborative approachMaintain highest levels of internal and external confidentialityFast learner and team playerComfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities constantly change; flexible and energetic; stress management capacityHighly organized and attention to detailYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Spanish University degree (completed)Master in Human Resources very valuableAdministrative equivalent work experience in an HR environment very valuableMust hold university degree, vocational training certificate, or equivalent, and provide a photocopy.No more than 3 years since obtaining the degree (5 years for candidates with disabilities). For foreign degrees, the period starts from the date of recognition in Spain.Cannot have worked under a training contract (convenio) in the company for more than 3 months, except for required curricular internships.Must not have worked under an internship contract for over 1 year at any company (work history required).Must hold a valid work permit for the entire internship period.YOU'LL WORK WITHOur business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively.
