Responsibilities:Build and lead social media strategy in line with business objectives; Work closely with key stakeholders to support marketing campaign launches as well as any promotional activity – supplying support plans/schedules for social activity;Follow Xiaomi's user voice & tone, manage and develop our social accounts that accurately represents our brand image and personality;Create and manage existing/new social media accounts for a line of Xiaomi product, ensure that high-level customer engagement, deliver Xiaomi's philosophy on social - make friends with our fans;Develop innovative ideas for content, brand initiatives and campaigns to push the brand ahead of the competition as well as continuously optimize campaign and channel activity on social media;Manage the social media budget, providing monthly updates on spend and activity;Responsible for adhering to the content plan and posting on different social media platforms while also conducting daily, weekly, and monthly content tracking;Responsible of handling moderation with different users on social media, responding and engaging in conversations with various users to contribute credibility and trust;Responsible for daily tasks such as sending products to influencers, users, Xiaomi fans, and partners. Additionally, they must be attentive to text revisions and adaptations, as well as provide support to different team members such as project managers and PR;Assist in different creative content production (still visuals and videos), data collection and analysis.Requirements:Bachelor degree in a top-tier university in a Creative or Communications-related field;Between 3 to 5 years' proven experience in social media, with hands-on management of social media accounts;Native Spanish Speaker, proficient in English both written and verbal.
