Responsibilities: Responsible for brand image standardization management;Raising the visualization of brand;Develop a display plan in store;Monitor the implementation of store management;Responsible for operation management, manage warehouse and logistic of retail to ensure the control for LDUS and POSM;Responsible for new product launching management and keep tracking the implementation of stores;Control of store incidents and quality for visibility in Xiaomi Brand Spaces;Requirements: Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish, more languages skills are preferable;Bachelor's degree, based in Madrid;Good data analysis and operational planning skills, able to make store operation plan;Strong learning ability and cross-department and cross-country communication skills, team player and good communicator;Results oriented, detail oriented, with strong stress tolerance and multi-tasking ability;Have at least two years working experience with at least one year industry related experienceProficient in using office software;
