MISSIONReporting to the Strategic Development Director, the Land Manager will be reponsible for the coordination and management of all land contracts signed for the company's renewable energy projects in Spain.
RESPONSIBILITIESManagement and supervision of the Company's Land Seekers, being responsible for setting land search guidelines for them in Spain.Project development from the Greenfield phase, focusing on the search and valuation of environmentally and urban potential land for the development of wind, photovoltaic and other renewable technologies projects.Occasional visits to sites throughout Spain to validate the viability of the identified land.Reach agreements with landowners for land leasing or acquisition.Interlocution with city councils and other administrations in coordination with the Development team.Periodic reporting on progress made (land identified, status of negotiations with landowners).Coordination with the Company's Legal and Engineering teams.JOB REQUIREMENTSLaw, Technical Engineering (Industrial, Agricultural, Forestry or similar).Intermediate level of English (B2).AutoCAD, QGIS, Google Earth.At least 5 years of experience in the identification, negotiation and acquisition of land in the field of renewable energies in Spain.A solid network of relationships with land vendors, agents and other stakeholders across the operating geography.Previous experience in equipment management.Ability to motivate, guide and develop team members, inspiring them to reach their full potential and contribute to the overall success of the project.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines efficiently.Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems effectively, using a creative and collaborative approach.Flexibility to adjust to changes in the work environment and project priorities, as well as ability to lead the team in times of change.Availability to travel occasionally when the position requires it.Company vehicle is provided for occasional travel to the field.WHAT WE OFFERCareer opportunities and professional development in a growing multinational company with a team highly qualified.Permanent contract.Flexible compensation.Full working day.Remote work 2 days a week.Half working day in August.Zelestra celebrates the diversity of thought and experience that comes from a variety of backgrounds including, but not limited to, gender, age, ethnicity...
