We are looking for a Hematology/Oncology Account Manager to join our team remotely.
As a business development team member, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will be vital to focusing on Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment services and visiting Hematologist/Oncologist offices.
Ideally, the Hematology/Oncology Account Manager will have experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment.
Reporting to the Director, OUS Provider Engagement will:
Create a referral physician network of Hematologists/Oncologists for Massive Bio's clinical trial enrollment servicesMake outbound calls to Hematologists' and Oncologists' offices to create awareness of Massive Bio's offerings and follow up with in-person visitsAdministrative: keep CRM systems current; follow up communication with physicians; report results to internal leadership and team membersCollect and communicate physicians' offices' feedback to Massive Bio's sales/marketing/product development/delivery operations teamsEstablish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with physiciansSupport business development efforts by initiating relations with healthcare enterprisesCoordinate networking efforts with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/market's potential and status reports Candidate Profile:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience4+ years of sales experience in Hematology/Oncology, preferably in respected pharma companies and/or CROAn extensive network of Hematologists/OncologistsUnderstanding of clinical trials and patient referral processesAbility to travel to Hematologist's/Oncologist's officesFluent in English and SpanishFamiliarity with medical terminology and the health care systemExcellent oral and written communication skillsShould be living in Southern Spain Only resumes submitted in English will be considered
