LIVE video streaming allows TikTokers to connect with their followers in real-time.
Given the great success of TikTok globally, we are looking for a Country Manager to lead our livestreaming regional operations.
With various innovative projects incubated, our team aims to strive and define success in the livestreaming industry.
You will work closely with the product and strategy team to design the growth strategy for TikTok LIVE.
Responsibilities Foster the regional livestreaming team and scale its operations; understand the product vision, and translate the strategic direction into specific business indicators and execution plans.In charge of the livestreaming operations business, including introducing and maintaining the resources of local agencies and influencers, negotiating contracts and cooperating with content partners.Organize and implement online and offline brand communications, livestreaming industry education activities, and participate in local business development exhibitions and forums.Collaborate with our core LIVE users to increase user engagement and retention; make innovative contributions to LIVE revenue strategy and business models, ensuring product market fit by fully understanding user demands.Qualifications Minimum Qualification Minimum 5 years' experience in content, marketing or partnerships roles in technology, media, entertainment or emerging industry.Minimum 5 years' experience in management.Strong business acumen in emerging industries.Very strong analytical skills and data-driven.Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment.Fluency in Spanish is required to communicate with creators and agencies in Spain.Preferred Qualification Experience in building and managing a team from scratch is preferred.Deeply understand the economy and finances.Have successful experience of handling government relationships and public relationships.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
