We seek a passionate, talented, and experienced individual to lead our Mission Control Center team and help build the future of space technology.At Alén Space, quality and flexibility in design, manufacturing, and testing are hallmarks of the company. This relationship aims not only at easing communication but also at allowing our commercial clients to take an important role in the design aspects.We design the most flexible spacecraft platforms to accommodate subsystem suppliers' changes without heavily impacting the overall mission. Our systems and AIV engineers work closely with the client to make decisions and involve them in the process. Our team has enhanced a work method that applies the strict quality standards set by the European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS). All of our management, system engineering, and AIV processes are based on those standards.The candidate will work as the coordinator of space projects with our clients. They will be the point of contact with the client and stakeholders for those projects. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating the activities of the technical team involved in the project, as well as tracking costs, deliverables, and deadlines.What you will be doing?Plan the project and track its progress.Identify risks or any other obstacles in the project development.Manage communication with the client and stakeholders to track action items, solve problems, and agree on changes in the scope.Coordinate meetings and milestone reviews with the client.Coordinate the technical team from different areas to achieve the objectives of the project.Track the costs and time dedicated to the project according to the project plan and the company internal processes.Communicate project metrics, risks, and deviations to the operations team.What do we need in our team?At least 2 years of experience in management of technical projects.Good communication skills to successfully translate complex technical concepts to international clients and stakeholders.Proactive attitude to solve problems.Good organizational skills.Outstanding communication skills in English (C1 equivalent).#J-18808-Ljbffr
