The quality of theprocess is achieved through meticulous testing and verification processes,keeping traceability of all the executed activities. The flexibility isachieved thanks to the proximity relationship with our clients and to oursupplier agnostic approach. This relationship aims not only at easing thecommunication process, but also at allowing our commercial clients to take animportant role on the design aspects. In this line, we design the most flexiblespacecraft platforms, to accommodate subsystem suppliers' changes withoutheavily impacting the overall mission. Our systems and AIV engineers work closely with the client, inorder to take decisions and involve them in the process.
Our team has enhanced a work method thatapplies the strict quality standards set by the European Space Agency (ESA) andthe European Cooperation for Space Standardization (ECSS). All of ourmanagement, system engineering and AIV processes are based on those standards
The candidate will work as the coordinator of space projects with ourclients. She or he will be the point of contact with the client andstakeholders for those projects. The candidate will also be responsible for thecoordination of the activities of the technical team involved in the project aswell as for the tracking of costs, deliverables, and deadlines
What you will be doing?
Plan the project and track its progress.Identify risks or any other obstacles in the project development.Manage communication with the client and stakeholders to track action items, solve problems, agree changes in the scope, etc.Coordinate meetings and milestones reviews with the client.Coordinate the technical team from different areas to achieve the objectives of the project.Track the costs and time dedicated to the project according to the project plan and the company internal processes.Communicate project metrics, risks and deviations to the operations teamWhat do we need in our team
