.Temporary opportunity to join the Facility Management team in the Space Management area in Getafe (1 year duration - junior profiles). The main purpose of the Space Management department in Getafe is to manage services and procedures that provide support to the business core of Airbus in their office space demands in Getafe. To ensure that Airbus has the most suitable work environment for its employees and for the development of its activities, he/she must focus on using good practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.The priority will be performing efficient space usage through the organization by balancing needs and strategy, promoting innovation, and creating the best practice working environment. He/she will collaborate in a team that provides technical expertise on how best to maximize occupancy and space utilization and provide the best possible space solutions to Airbus employees.Additionally, he/she will collaborate with the team acting as PMO for all refurbishment projects and reorganization planned on the site. It is essential to ensure an optimal relationship with Airbus business partners, understand and anticipate business & customer needs, including active demand management and supplier performance management to ensure delivery on time, quality, and cost.Collaborate with the Space Management team in managing the subcontracted services in Getafe. The team is responsible for the suppliers' on-time, quality deliveries, including supplier management and regulation (law, works council, health and safety) according to defined KPIs.Manage the company's physical space inventory, including tracking and maintaining space and occupancy information to ensure all necessary data & information for mid-term space evolution (Master planning) and stable stakeholder management. Develop and implement solutions for business needs in accordance with the FM strategy. Design and promote innovation in Airbus workspaces according to market trends.Provide quantitative and qualitative data to support discussions and decision-making at the management level. Provide performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and propose mitigation actions if needed. Contribute to reducing Airbus operating expenses by delivering cost-saving targets through business transformation, proper supplier & contract management, implementation of new technologies and digitalization, as well as process and business improvements and optimal use of resources.Refurbishment project management to provide adequate space solutions to Airbus internal customers, managing planning, assumptions, quotations, risks, requirements, statement of work, and subcontractors.
