Hydra Space Systems is a space and communications company, established in 2021 and based in Madrid, SPAIN. We develop our own satellite communications technology, focusing on narrowband, low-power communications. We work in verticals like vessel and aircraft tracking, smart metering, environment, infrastructure monitoring, smart agriculture, etc.
We have also implemented our own efficient and affordable small satellite platform, having launched already 8 standalone units and 2 more, integrated as a payload in 3rd party platforms. We have 6 additional satellite units planned to launch in 2025. We have implemented several missions, including In-Orbit-Demonstrations for customers and have accumulated a strong space heritage in our short life.
We are looking for an experienced aerospace engineer. Working closely with Hydra Space founding team (CTO, CEO, COO, ...), you will be a key contributor to the development and evolution of Hydra Space satellite platforms and space solutions.
