As a spa therapist, you will deliver an extraordinary wellness experience to our guests and ensure complete guest satisfaction.
Your day-to-day Guest Experience • Make sure our guests always get a warm welcome and a sincere farewell from you.
• Deliver a memorable experience to guests with swift and personal service – not forgetting to recognize and record guest preferences.
• Resolve guest issues and use their feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
• Collate and share wellness insights to meet guest requests i.e.
treatments, retail products… • Make great guest relationships in a very short space of time.
• Effortlessly meet the diverse cultural needs of guests from around the world.
People • Create a great working environment for colleagues to thrive - linking up departments to create a sense of one team.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
• Show your commitment and engagement to the brand, the hotel, and your team by attending and supporting any of the activities launched by the hotel.
• Notify any incident if needed.
Financial • Contribute to hotel revenues by suggesting and promoting retail products or additional services • Promote the hotel's other businesses at every opportune moment.
Responsible Business • Responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to our guests.
• Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs, and expectations • Deliver an outstanding wellness experience, in accordance with the quality and service standards set by the hotel, pleasantly and with a smile to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.
• Set up the Spa every morning and ensure all closure procedures are done diligently at the end of the day.
• Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the spa in all areas.
• Participates in training sessions, briefings, and meetings as and when requested.
• Make sure all tools and spare parts are stocked appropriately to minimize loss and cost.
• May assist with other duties like bookings or reception as needed.Requisitos : • Professional Certificate in Massage Techniques / Body Therapies or Related Field • Minimum 1-year experience in spas • Hotel and 5* experience preferred • Fluent in Spanish and an intermediate level of English – another language would be great • User Level Computer Skills • Flexibility to work different shifts and weekends • Proactive, team player, and service-oriented.
