We are searching for a guarantor of the customer experience and a CODAGE Ambassador expert in all aspects of Spa Operations & Management to promote the vision of the founders.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Planning and implementing the standard operating procedures.Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.Helping prepare annual departmental operating budget and financial plans.Monitoring budget and controlling expenses with a focus on increased productivity.Ensuring the departments operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.Ensuring maintenance of inventory of supplies and products.Keeping updated with market trends and requirements.Ensuring Spa facilities are operating efficiently to achieve the highest possible revenue and profit.Creating a unique and unforgettable guest experience.You will report directly to the Spa Manager and the CODAGE management team.We offer:A passionate team evolving in a family spirit: welcoming, caring, and committed.Full-time position.Advanced training program.A competitive fixed salary + bonuses based on objectives.A significant discount on all our products.And more.Requisitos:We are looking for a person who is:Passionate about the world of aesthetics and luxury cosmetics.Warm, dynamic, smiling, and works with attention and intention.Capable of listening and addressing different audiences, integrating perfectly into a team.Fluent in English and Spanish.Organized and efficient in work.You have a Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field, knowledge of standard spa operations procedures, and excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
