Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.The Role of Spa Manager:We currently have an opportunity for a Spa Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Mallorca at Formentor!Reporting to the Resort Manager you and will be responsible for leading the overall operations and performance of the spa for the hotel, providing cutting edge advice and making strategic and operational decisions for the department with regards to treatments and philosophies.Responsibilities will include talent leadership and development, being visible in the operation and providing outstanding guest service and satisfaction, revenue generation and enhancement, creating, developing and implementing products and services which are innovative and creative in line with marketing and sales strategy, collaborating with Marketing on your business planning, budgeting, conducting yield and forecast meetings for spa occupancy and rate, promotional plans and projects.Our Ideal Spa Manager candidate will have:A special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.
