About the Role: An opportunity has arisen to join our Spa Department.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Oversee and set up the daily operationsaccording to Talise standards, ensuring smooth functioning of all spa areas. Replenish all necessary items in the spa promptly and maintain inventory levels by requesting and collecting stock and supplies as per minimum stock levels. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facilities, including water maintenance, cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment maintenance, and locker room tidiness. Assist therapists/practitioners in preparing for treatments or baths when needed and maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of equipment. Direct members/guests to appointments, assist them with using sauna, steam, whirlpool, and ensure stocking of amenities and toiletries.
