Position OverviewAs Regional Delivery Experience Manager for Cluster South-West, which includes Spain, Portugal, Italy, The Netherlands, and the UK, you will be part of an international role with high expectations from and exposure to senior management within Operations as well as the whole organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent the Head of Delivery Experience towards your team members.Lead strategic projects jointly with your team.Set the agenda and balance resource allocation for an array of projects within your team.Manage day-to-day employee administration (sick leave, travel approvals, etc.).
