About the role:The Southern Europe Oral Care Category Marketing Lead sets the oral care portfolio strategy and activation to deliver the growth ambition of a €200m business. Provide marketing leadership at the interface of Global, Regional and LOC operations. Inspire performance with data & digital at the core to deliver best-in-class brand leadership within the oral care category in the SE BU. Key driver of long-term growth strategies for the oral care category, Oral Care brands, and markets with strong execution plans within LOCs, while supporting countries on their in-year performance, sharing and scaling best practices with an agile mindset.
Key Responsibilities:Grow consumption and penetration across brands as per defined OC SE strategy and deliver SE OC P&L; (NS, GM & OP) by partnering with cross functions and the countries to deploy the defined strategies.Inspire the marketing team in the country Haleon codes and key growth priorities within critical brand/market combinations and allocate resources accordingly.Lead interface with SE BU Marketing director and GMs on 3-1 business planning to create winning oral care marketing and innovations strategies to maximize growth in LOC/Area P&Ls.Build a sustainable OC innovation strategy and pipeline to deliver SE innovation agenda delivering both complex (category lead) and simple innovation (channel/pack BU strategy) to unlock channel and sales ratio targets.Be an active member of the OC brand councils co-creating global category campaigns and tool kits.Support countries in executing global toolkit with a consumer-obsessed mindset.Drive robust data-driven decision-making standards across the oral care marketing team to make smarter decisions, create engaging communication, and grow new sales channels.Accelerate SE digital journey in the oral care category to become a world-class standard and hub for best practices that is shared and scaled across the BU.
