Together, we're improving everyday health for billions of people through a unique combination of deep human understanding and trusted science.About the role:The Southern Europe Oral Care Category Marketing Lead sets the oral care portfolio strategy and activation to deliver the growth ambition of a €200m business. This role provides marketing leadership at the interface of Global, Regional, and LOC operations, inspiring performance with data and digital at the core to deliver best-in-class brand leadership within the oral care category.Key Responsibilities:Grow consumption and penetration across brands as per defined OC SE strategy and deliver SE OC P&L (NS, GM & OP) by partnering with cross functions and countries.Inspire the marketing team in the country with key growth priorities and allocate resources accordingly.Lead interface with SE BU Marketing director and GMs on 3-1 business planning to create winning oral care marketing and innovation strategies.Build a sustainable OC innovation strategy and pipeline to deliver SE innovation agenda.Be an active member of the OC brand councils co-creating global category campaigns.Drive data-driven decision-making standards across the oral care marketing team.Accelerate SE digital journey in the oral care category.Requirements:University Degree.10+ years diverse experience in marketing and commercial functions.Senior marketing with commercial experience essential.Data-driven marketing approach and digital competencies a must.Personal Attributes:Strong business acumen and deep understanding of customers, consumers & experts.Highly developed strategic thinking and commercial skills.High level of learning agility and change agility.Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:At Haleon, we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives.Haleon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
