What you will do: The Southern Europe Essential Health Project Manager will play a critical role in driving the Essential Health restage and sustainability agenda and in managing E2E product lifecycle efforts. This highly visible role requires a talented leader that can effectively influence at all levels of the organization and lead cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities: Manage large complex projects & programs through the full project life cycle – from planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure.Create and manage project schedules, resource plans, budget (planned, actual and forecast), scope management plan and risk management plan.Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.Drive project delivery to meet stakeholder objectives while maintaining project delivery quality.Ensure that all deliverables are on track and executed as per the plan.Drive the cross-functional workstream to ensure schedules are met.Understand and support the company's goals and objectives, ensuring actions and decisions are consistent with them.Follow all control and compliance regulations.Serve as subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives.Provide various administrative services necessary to keep the project on track such as status reporting and resource planning.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required.PMO certification is a plus.Experience using a project management tool such as MS Project / Teams and Excel is required.Exemplary communication skills (written, presentation, meeting management, documentation).Strong project delivery skills - accurate project planning, deliver to milestone dates, manage resources effectively, communicate status effectively, manage risks & issues, and juggle multiple activities to accomplish goals.Experience with data flows, data hub, data migration and data warehouse is a plus.Experience with enterprise-wide implementations and having Finance experience is a plus.Demonstrated experience delivering on projects of various sizes & duration.Ability to establish new processes and systems.Extensive knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques is preferred.Strong attention to detail in planning the intricacies of projects and resolving project dependencies, conflicts, and issues.Strong understanding of financial management principles as it relates to project management and delivery of a business case is required.What's in it for you: Flexible schedule with hybrid mode.Medical insurance.Wellness program.Employee Resource Groups.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
