Southern Europe Commercial Coordinator (12 months FTC) Role, missions & responsibilities You will be a key member of our daily Spanish and LATAM operations, leading success from a back office perspective to special projects associated with scaling a hyper growth business.
You will be responsible for:
Travel and event organization Expense management Invoicing tracking and support with coordinating sales people to gain subscription dates Supporting on Sales coordination and Sales Administration support with Salesforce topics, Letter of Intent and contracts. Supporting on specific projects for VP Southern Europe & Latam and wider team and Marketing activities Office management Formatting, data entry, reports, presentations Taking/tracking actions Adhoc projects Miscellaneous admin This job description is indicative only and does not represent an exhaustive list of responsibilities. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a commercial or sales environment. Prior experience in supporting teams across Southern Europe/LATAM is a plus. Language Skills: Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian (both written and spoken) is required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is desirable. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
