Description
This position will own and lead the commercial operations function for a cluster of markets. Implement Sales Training & Sales Force Effectiveness processes and plans related to SFE, sales incentive planning, segmentation and targeting, developing, and delivering training programs that enable the organization's sales force to maximize its sales potential for a specific cluster of markets.
Key Responsibilities Lead Commercial Operations Management / Generalist strategy and direct all commercial operations activities including managing Sales Force onboarding framework across all BU's, support Sales Capability Champions and create learning curriculum in Galderma's LMS (e.g., PATH) environment.Design and develop plans and lead projects for Sales Academy.Define and develop processes and procedures to coach and prepare Sales Capability Champions / Sales Trainers / Head of Sales from the markets across different business units.Be responsible for driving and implementing business strategy for cluster of markets.Implement Sales Training & Sales Force Effectiveness processes and plans related to planning, developing, and delivering training programs that enable the organization's sales force to maximize its sales potential.Support cluster markets with CRM, Data Analytics, Segmentation and Targeting, Incentive Compensation and Sales Training & Sales Force Effectiveness plans across all 3 business units.Track sales performance and support cluster BU heads in implementing business strategies.Collaborate with team to promote sales excellence through various means, including metrics management, analyses of sales results, customer segmentation and targeting and coaching.Skills & Qualifications Strong background in a similar position, managing large & complex projects.Capability of managing a team and train them / define a strategy for the development of the team.Effective experience in CRM, Data Analytics, Sales Force, etc.Experience in tracking sales performance and supporting cluster BU heads in implementing business strategies.Experience in global environment.Product launch background.What we offer in return
