In your job as a sous-chef at ROBINSON, you can take on exciting challenges and master diverse tasks. In the team of ROBINS, you can develop your true self along with your talents. To this end, ROBINSON offers you education and advanced training. You work in the most beautiful locations in the world in a strong community and can collect great memories in a friendly atmosphere. As a sous-chef, you do everything you can to give the restaurant guests a great taste experience and entertain them at the same time, since you have the opportunity to cook live in front of them and show your art. That way you can be entirely yourself and try something new in casual interactions with the guests.In your job as a sous-chef, you keep the ROBINSON quality high – namely like this: Your tasks as a sous-chef at ROBINSON are diverse: You make sure that the special ROBINSON flavor is maintained at the club and that the food quality standards are met. You also use your talent for entertainment to make cooking into a fun experience for the guests. You're informed about the latest trends and can prepare new buffet concepts in a team with the F&B manager. You're responsible for the quality of our menus, the ROBINSON bistro line and special events such as a dinner at the pool. You coordinate the international kitchen team and comply with the sanitary standards. It is your responsibility to make sure that the equipment in the kitchen and stewarding are used and maintained properly. At the same time you consider yourself a host and try to support other teams with your work
