As a Sourcing & Vendor Manager, you will have responsibilities for the execution of day-to-day procurement and tactical management of some vendor relationships for primarily IT software, hardware, and services.
The focus of the position is to prioritize sourcing activities and drive value from the sourcing of goods and services for internal customers and projects.
This role reports directly to the Head of Sourcing & Vendor Management.The Sourcing & Vendor Manager will work together with business stakeholders and the broader team of Sourcing and Vendor Management professionals to obtain the optimum value for Atradius, both during the current period of major business transformation and thereafter.
The role will work primarily with delivery managers and project managers for IT services but will require some engagement at senior levels within Atradius up to Executive Management.
There is flexibility to the role location and this can be at any of our IT delivery centers (Amsterdam, Cardiff, or Madrid), with occasional travel expected to other Atradius offices and vendor locations as necessary.ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of renewals across software, maintenance, and services contracts and look to drive benefits through synergies across our company entities.Manage independently from idea through to implementation the sourcing lifecycle (sourcing approach - RfX-negotiation-contracting) for some low to medium risk products and services (for example, new business software, new cloud services, etc).Set in place clearly defined plans, aligned with stakeholders, to drive optimization of contract and vendor value for Atradius across the portfolio.Maintain and continuously update knowledge about the market offerings relevant to key value areas of the portfolio.Maintain internal stakeholder relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Sourcing & Vendor Management are part of the selection and strategy discussions early to optimize value potential.Run Vendor Due Diligence actions as required to mitigate risks and maintain oversight on the vendor portfolio.Maintain data on contracts in the Contract Management system to ensure quality data for controlling the overall Sourcing & Vendor Management KPIs.Handle administration of purchasing activities to generate and issue Purchase Orders (knowledge of Oracle P2P is a plus).Manage regular vendor governance and meetings for higher value/risk vendors in the portfolio.Support the wider Sourcing & Vendor Management team as required and play an active role in sharing experiences and expertise to support team growth and improvement of processes and policies where meaningful.Job Requirements/Key SkillsHave a minimum of 3 years experience in sourcing and procurement, with at least 1 year in the IT and Software procurement domain.Relevant qualification (e.G., CIPS) is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
