Job Description: The Sourcing Analyst will be based in Madrid, Spain in Nextracker office. The analyst will centralize initiatives and opportunities for the steel sourcing team to reduce Nextracker carbon footprint. Steelmaking represents 7% of the global carbon emissions and the vast majority of a solar tracker carbon footprint.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:
Build model to assess Nextracker carbon footprint and a carbon reduction roadmap
Partner with commodity managers to investigate steel mill sustainability plans
Investigate and develop strategies to reduce Nextracker carbon footprint
Partner with our sustainability team to develop Nextracker sustainability strategy
Develop expertise in steel sector carbon reduction
Here is some of what you'll need (required):
Solid structuring and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; in particular Excel and PowerPoint. Strong data analysis skills required
Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) in an international and multicultural environment
Fluent oral and written communications in English
Results orientation and demonstrated ability to think out of the box to drive results
Ability to handle ambiguity and respond quickly and flexibly
Autonomous
Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
Bachelor's degree in a technical and/or business major; graduate degree preferred
5 years experience in supply chain / sustainability or senior analyst position
Previous experience in steel sector preferred
Experience working in an international environment
