What you will do in this role As a Source Specialist on our team, you will:
Identify new sources to find candidates for Concentrix positions.Negotiate contracts with Recruitment Agencies and Job Boards.Coordinate candidates' applications coming from Recruitment Agencies and distribute them among the corresponding Recruiters.Check and manage all the documents related to the sources (Invoices, contracts, proposals).Publish and promote job offers daily.Manage Friends Hunting Inbox and rules.Make reports to ensure effectiveness of sources.Proactive search of candidates.Cooperate with Recruiters and Projects in the creation of job descriptions.We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
