What you will do in this role:
Identify new sources to find candidates for Concentrix positions.
Negotiate contracts with Recruitment Agencies and Job Boards.
Coordinate candidates' applications coming from Recruitment Agencies and distribute them among the corresponding Recruiters.
Check and manage all the documents related to the sources (Invoices, contracts, proposals).
Publish and promote job offers daily.
Manage Friends Hunting Inbox and rules.
Make reports to ensure effectiveness of sources.
Proactively search for candidates.
Cooperate with Recruiters and Projects in the creation of job descriptions.
Your qualifications:
Fluent in English plus another European language.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proactive.
Flexibility in prioritizing workload.

What's in it for you:
Full-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00.
Salary: 19,000 – 24,000 euros gross/year OTE.
