In our team, you will play a key role in decision-making processes and you will be a key player in the activities of the management.You will be responsible for the organization, communication, and management of documents and information. You will also be able to contribute to the optimization of administrative processes.The main functions will be:Preparation of advanced reports in Excel (macros and data analysis) for collaborators and clients.Making dynamic PowerPoint presentations that facilitate the effective communication of key data.Coordination, planning, and preparation of strategic meetings, including management of agendas and supervision of actions.Information and documentation management (preparation and presentation of reports, briefings, proposals, etc.).Contribute through the support of technological tools in the improvement of administrative processes.WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?We are looking for a profile with consolidated experience in general management support positions with skills such as:Autonomy, Initiative, and ProactivityConcern for the quality of work and continuous improvementEffective communication skillsOrganization and planningAttention to detail and priority managementConfidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive informationFlexibility and ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment.It is essential to have consolidated experience in the use of the Microsoft suite of tools: Office Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and MS Teams.As well as other technologies such as Copilot.Fluent English is required.WHAT DO WE OFFER?Hybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.Flexible start and finish times, and intensive working hours on Fridays and in summer.Personalized career plan development, training, and language learning support.National and international mobility.
